Financing the New World Order

In 1944 the world financial organizations began and continue to this day. About twenty years ago, an additional group, the G20 became an advisor to the World Bank and International Monetary Fund ... and the G20 recently proposed a new tax on international business giants. Could this be a way to finance the New World Order?
